cup Miller's (unprocessed wheat) bran
1/2 cup prune juice Mix ingredients and refrigerate. Replace the mixture each week. Take 1 to 2 gablespoons daily for one week for desired results. If needed, increase dose by 2 tablespoon each week.
Stool frequency and gas may increase first few weeks, but will usually
adjust after one month. |

Smoothie for Constipation Spinach Kale 3 different kinds of berries coconut water
yogurt (Greek or Activia) needs active probiotics You may vary quantities of each ingrediate depending on your taste. Usually equal amounts of spinach and kale and berries are suggested. Yogurt is about the amount in a small Activia container - 1/2 cup or less. Coconut water is just enough to liquify blend.
Blend in Bullet or other blender. |
